These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of entesy.studio and any video editing or post-production services provided by Entesy Studio ("Entesy", "we", "us"). By booking a project, subscribing to a plan, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
01 — The Services
Entesy provides video editing, audio mixing, motion graphics, thumbnail design, and related post-production services to creators, podcasters, and brands. Specific deliverables, turnaround times, and revision policies depend on the plan or order you purchase.
02 — Your account & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your business (if applicable) to use the Services. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
03 — Payment
- Per-video orders are paid in full before work begins.
- Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance on the first of each month. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file.
- Failed payments: if a payment fails, we will pause active projects after 5 business days and resume on payment.
- Refunds: we offer pro-rated refunds on monthly plans if you cancel within 14 days of your first billing cycle. Per-video orders are non-refundable after work begins.
- Taxes: all fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.
04 — Cancellation
You can pause or cancel a monthly subscription at any time from your account portal or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you keep access to delivered work and any work in progress through that date.
05 — Revisions & satisfaction
Monthly plans include unlimited revisions until you accept a final cut. Per-video orders include the revision count specified at purchase. We reserve the right to flag revision requests that exceed the scope of the original brief and quote them separately.
06 — Intellectual property
- Your content: raw video, audio, scripts, and any other material you upload remain your property. You grant us a license to use them solely to provide the Services.
- Deliverables: on full payment, you own the finished edits, including all rights to publish, distribute, and modify them.
- Project files: source files (After Effects, Resolve, Premiere) are included with monthly plans and available à la carte on per-video orders.
- Our tools, templates, and methodology remain our property. We may reuse generic techniques and workflows across clients.
07 — Confidentiality & NDA
We treat all pre-release content as confidential by default. A mutual NDA is available at no charge — request one on the kickoff call at cal.com/entesystudio/freecall.
08 — Portfolio & case studies
Unless you opt out in writing, we may showcase published work (after it has gone live on your channels) in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials. We will not reference unpublished, draft, or NDA-covered work.
09 — Prohibited use
You may not use the Services for content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property, contains malware, depicts CSAM, promotes terrorism or self-harm, or otherwise violates applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any project at our discretion.
10 — Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11 — Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country — placeholder], excluding conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are resolved in the courts of [venue — placeholder].
12 — Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated 30 days in advance on this page (and to active clients through their account). Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
