How fast can you turn around a single video?

Do you work with raw selfie footage or do I need a full shoot?
Either. Most of our short-form work starts from creators' selfie clips or B-roll they shot on their phone. The hook, captions, and pacing do the heavy lifting.
Can you take clips from my long-form videos or podcast?
